I’m 57 and two years out of a 20-year marriage. I’ve been reading your encouragement to older women to date younger men, and I’m interested - but so nervous about how to go about this. How do I start? And how do I vet dates to make sure it’s a good experience?

I’m delighted to hear this! The first thing to know is that there are lots of lovely younger men out there keen to date you 🙂 I say this confidently because I didn’t set out to date younger men - it happened by accident.
