😂 I did indeed reference that in last week’s post about how I met Richard Branson. Here’s that story.
As I said last week, Virgin Atlantic is my all-time favorite airline, but back in the day when I was working at advertising agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty in London, British Airways was our corporate airline choice (not least because BBH was keen to win the British Airways account away from incumbent agency Saatchi & Saatchi one day, something they did eventually achieve). I was at BBH London from 1989-1996 (when I moved to Singapore to help start up and run BBH Asia Pacific), running big global accounts such as Polaroid, Coca-Cola and Rayban, and doing a LOT of long-haul travel to all parts of the globe.
